Enter a few figures about your current floor. We’ll compare three options side by side: keep repairing what you have, replace it with a traditional resin floor, or install an Acrylicon floor. Every figure updates instantly and you can adjust any assumption.
Start with what your existing floor is costing you now. Not sure? Our defaults are typical for a food production area.
Acrylicon pricing is indicative and depends on substrate, preparation and specification — we’ll confirm a firm figure after a free site survey. Shutdown days are set automatically from your floor area (1 day per 100 m² to install) and you can overwrite them. A traditional resin floor then needs around 7 days to cure before you can use it; Acrylicon is fully cured in 2 hours, so there is no curing period to wait for — and where sections can be laid overnight or at weekends, shutdown can be reduced further still.
With an Acrylicon floor you could save

Estimates only, based on the figures you enter and the formulas from our Essential Guide to Industrial Floor Repairs. The 10- and 20-year views assume each floor is renewed at the end of its warranty period and that your current repair frequency stays the same (in practice, failing floors need repairing more often, not less). Acrylicon pricing is indicative pending a free site survey.

A quick walkthrough of the three steps: tell us about your current floor, see your savings, then get in touch to make them real.
Why the numbers stack up
The biggest cost of a failing floor isn’t the repair bill — it’s the days you can’t produce. Acrylicon removes that cost almost entirely.
Traditional resin floors take days to install and days more to cure. Acrylicon’s unique chemistry reaches full cure in under 2 hours, so we install overnight or at the weekend and you’re back in production every morning.
Design, manufacture and installation all happen within the Acrylicon Group, so one warranty covers all three. That’s unique in the marketplace. In the unlikely event your floor fails to perform, we fix it. Simple.
Very high compressive strength and a surface that won’t discolour, degrade or become porous means the repair cycle you’re in today simply stops. Many of our customers have spent nothing on maintenance in over 10 years.
The best way to check the life expectancy of any floor is to ask to see one. If a company says their floor lasts 5 or 10 years, ask to see a floor of that age. We’ll happily show you Acrylicon floors that are 20 years old and still performing.

“We’ve had Acrylicon in our Butchers for over 10 years. In that time we’ve spent nothing on maintenance, and the floor still cleans up like it was new. It has undoubtedly been great value for us.”Andrew Gilbert — Gilberts Butchers
